Tests

In addition to a visual inspection (with digital report) and investigation into the origins of a damage or defect, I can perform qualitative and indicative measurements that are necessary to substantiate a conclusion and / or a repair advice.

Amongst others, testing possibilities are:

• Moisture measurement (inductive)
• Water absorption using Karsten tubes
• Temperature measurement (contact / thermal camera)
• BRE screed test (assessment of screed quality)
• Concrete compressive strength indication by means of recoil value
• Masonry hardness measurement (Schmidt hammer, CUR 61)
